Dry Drayton Post - Cancellations

Cancellations in use by Dry Drayton Post. All are used in conjunction with date slugs showing the date of cancellation. These cancellations are used for regular mail as well as first day covers. These designs were rejected by Dry Drayton Art Group as not sufficiently artistic for inclusion in their 1999 Art Exhibition.

	Mention of the local high tech economy of the Cambridge area - known as Silicon Fen, introduced April 1999.
	Snail mail cancellation - a derogatory term used by electronic correspondents. Introduced April 1999.
	Dry Drayton, Centre of The Universe is a frequently used phrase from village pantomimes. Issued April 1999.
